Hi Jeff,
When defining your overall release procedure for your PRs, you don't necessarily need to include the ''Overall release indicator'' field in your PR release strategy structure. All you have to do are -
1) Flag ''Overall release'' indicator checkbox for your related release group in configuration of your PR release procedure; and
2) Flag ''Overall release'' indicator checkbox for your related PR document type in configuration.
