Hi,

There are two alternative solutions to fix your problem -

1) Maintain the service PO for planned services where ''15,000'' is used as the quantity and ''1'' as the gross price; or
2) Maintain the service PO for unplanned service where ''15,000'' is used in both ''Overall Limits'' and ''Expected Value'' field.

Cheers,
HT

Subject: PO Value

> Dear SAP Gurus,
>
> I have created a service PO of 15000 value and quantity 1 . created a service entry of 0.5 qty i.e of value 7500, then changed the PO to value 12500 for 1 quantity and then created service entry of remaining qty i.e 0.5 with value 6250. but if you see now value of PO is 12500 and service entry value is 13750, which is wrong. Is there any ways so that i can restrict the service entry so that it should not be greater than PO value.as quantity restriction is there as i cannot reduce the quantity once follow on document is created but value changed is allowed.
