Hi,

There have been several questions that you should ask yourself before making a decision on if your stores shall be defined as a logical plant location (or storage location) in your system -

1) Are you going to manage your stock valuation differently at each and every store?
2) Are you going to add the costs of transportation when moving the stocks around stores?
3) Are you going to have a different G/L account determination for different stores during stock movements?
4) Are you going to raise the direct purchasing requests and purchase orders when there is any stock replenishment requirement at each store? etc...

Cheers,
HT
