Hi,
How was your service PO created? Was it created with planned services? or unplanned services? If it was for planned services, did you use service ID? If it was for unplanned services, did you assign contract number and contract line item number in the ''Limits'' tab of the PO line item?. How was your SE maintained? Did end user click on ''Service Selection'' icon to select the services from the outline agreement during ML81N transaction?
