Hi,
SAP does provide the so-called coutry-wise business processes as best practice. However, my so far experiences indicated that the business processes will only be effective and best if they are defined through your detailed discussion and mapping exercise with your business. The fact is a particular business process that SAP suggested as best practice does not mean it is best for all companies with different scopes of operations and processes.
