Hi ,
I can make this requirement more clear.........
1 The Annual QUota is generated through Time Evaluation.
2 Annual Quota generation has a time type - 9006
3 No leave has not to be configured per hour.its of min half day Max 1 day.
4 Time wagetype configured for Annual Quota is Paid.
5 Absence quota for 1st leave is configured of 20 days per calender year on prorata basis.
6 If there is no 1st leave Quota Time type-zlte then left then employee leaves will be deducted from 2nd leave quota which is 30 days in one year.

I hope this would help you to be more clear about the requirement.

Thanks
Vinni
