Thanks a lot for your response.
As per your advice, I have checked all the options and settings, all have been setup and configured.
I only could not find this setting below which used to set the sending job, could you advice?
-> Finally you should specify "sending job" from the small green job button in SCOT. Create a sending job with period 5 min.
I've tried to compose the email and send it out, but when I check in my email, there is still no email (Not SAP inbox). I'm referring to my exchange email.
When I checked in SOST, I got this message: "Wait for communications service". I have also tried to use another option called: "Start send proc. for selection" and the email was sent out to my inbox (Not SAP inbox).
Could you also advice what went wrong here? How to check it?
