Sound like you need a consultant to help you with your planning for your DR offsite.
Details information will be provided at time of delivery. You would need from one-two consultant. One project manager and one administrator....assuming that you already have infrastructure in place. if not, you would need that team as well.
This is as much details as anyone could provide you.
Like the consultant always says....." it depends!"
