Do you want to settle the first rebate agreement?
Review VB(D to extend the rebate agreement.

it is trickyyy...
vbo2---> rebate agreement -----> delete
it will actually not delete the rebate agreement but create final
settlement by releasing balance amount to P&L.

I have a rebate that was set up for our fiscal year. With the new year, we
want to end the old rebate and create a new rebate; however, there is a
balance in the rebate that we want to transfer to the new rebate. How do
you transfer the rebate balance from one rebate to another?
