You can create them as plants, storage locations, DCs, or warehouses. If you want to manage and value the inventory separately, plant is your best bet (or a DC which is nothing more than a plant that has been designated as a distribution center; they have the same functionality).

Manufacture only running SAP ECC has several hundred stores, and want to setup each as a plants to send product to; any other approaches or suggestions?
