Hi Donald,

I did not think you had to disable the statistics with SQL Server 2005. See SAP note 879941 for the Configuration of SQL Server 2005 for SAP NetWeaver.

Hello,

I turned off automatic updates statistics for table VBMOD per SAP's note 771352 with my EWA report. But every time we reboot it turns back on automatically. I use EXEC sp_autostats VBMOD, 'OFF' within SQL 2005 to turn it off.

Is there a ways to make this setting permanent?
