Hi,

Since the HW key has changed, you'll have to request a new permanent license key and a new maintenance certificate.

Dear All,

I have some problem with the maintenance certificate when i go to SPAM. The error stated " No valid Maintenance Certificate found on system XXX". The problem start when we format our server due to hdd crash. We cannot save any data from previous installation. Now after install new SAP to new hdd and i have the error msg like above. After checking, the System Number and Hardware Number are different from previous installation and current installation but with same SID and Installation Number. I try to use the previous maintenance certificate but failed with the error. May i know how to solve this issue? did i need to generate another maintenance certificate?
