I would suggest you learn about this forum and why it's here.
There's not a chance in the world we can diagnose a problem on your system, that results from a custom program.
Even if you were talking about a standard SAP program, you've provided almost NO information in your question for someone to help you. Also, we're not here to investigate for you - you'll need to ask more specific questions.

Jobs (ZHR_TPIP_DATALOAD/ZHR_TPIP_PROCESS_HOURLY) below have been cancelling due the following error. No TPIP program is active in the system. Checked table ZHRWMPARAM but there are no entries found. Please investigate.
