Stop and think for a moment just what sort of information we might need to answer that question. Take another look at your post and see if that information is there.

If you're still stumped, how about: what are the settings in SPAD for the device the user chooses (WHICH frontend method?)? What version and patch level of the GUI is loaded on the user's PC? What happens when the user tries to print? Are there any error messages or logs generated? What's the status of the spool request?

hi expert,
i get the problem about printing. i use front end access method for printing and SAP 4.6C, each users use windows XP on their PC but one of them have changed the OS on Pc to Windows 7. on windows 7, he cannot print with front end access method.
the action that i did :
i have set default printer on his PC and still cannot print.
i use other PC (windows XP) with the same user SAP, the result is successful
is the SAP 4.6C not support windows 7?
do i have to install patch on windows 7 for printing with front end access method and SAP 4.6C?
can you help me?
