Dear Vidhyadhar,
This is OK but without defining the Retaining earning how SAP allow them
to do the transaction in FI. I'm in belief rather it was told by our
Siemens Consulatant without defining the Retained Earning account system
will not allow to post any transaction in FI.

Hi Shanthin
As the message points out , create a retained earnings GL master record.
Only make sure that it is just the same as what you mapped in IMG under GL
Master data creation ( look for a subnode called Additional activities and
navigate to define retained earnings account and make anot the GL number,
if
you do not have any, map the GL master record you just created).
