Hi Dean/Peter
That's right.
To remove all possibilities for further confusion, I would just like to
add that RSCONN01 is the program that is triggered by the background
job that Peter has already scheduled.
Regards,
LEH

Hi Peter
The sending of the email is a batch process and not a real-time process. If the batch job (RSCONN01) does not run, then no email (or fax, etc) gets sent out.
Regards,

Hi LEH,
I've checked my system and have yet to spot any major error. The only issue I found is the email is always pending to be sent out. Here is the message: "Wait for communications service".
Do you know what does it mean?
I've tried to telnet my SMTP IP with port 25 and no problem.
Would appreciate for any of your advice.
Thanks.
Regards,
Peter
