Hi,

If you don't want to carry forward the amount for any of the
employees, then you can change the ERA date in control record while
exiting the payroll otherwise maintain the date in Personnel ERA date
in IT0003 of the employee. But still it will carry forward from
previous months if there are any master record changes.

Good Luck.

Dear OM,
In my Control record i put this entry...
Payroll period 01 2009 01.04.2009 - 30.04.2009
Earliest retro acctg period 07 2006 01.10.2006
Employee joining date is 06.12.2006
now i am running the payroll for the month of april 2009 now what
happening in my case payroll is running from his hiring date that
means it's running 12.2006 to 4.2009 but i don't want this i want to
run payroll only for april 2009.how i can restrict this ....
what entry i have to maintain in IT0003 so i can only run the
payroll for 4.2009
thanks
Sandeep
