Hi Freedom,
System identifies based on the employment status (STAT2) of the
employee.

Hi Gurus,
I want to know how the system identifies that a personal
number(employee) has been terminated or a separation action has been
carried out? I have seen that the personal number can be locked. But
isnt it possible for anyone to change this when the authorization is
available for Pa30 transaction. Can anyone of you please help me know
the process which happens in real time.
