Hi Rejeni,
Probably you can use a discount condition in the sales order which will have a condition update.
In the records you can specify upto what value this condition is valid. Once this value is crossed this condition will cease to appear in Order.
So e.g your old price = 100 old stock 20 pc, your new price is 125.
so you have a discount condition of 20% in the sales order with a upper limit of 25*20 pc = 500. This is the condition with condition update checked.
The condition will appear till you have entered the orders for 20 pc and will not appear after that.
If your stocks are managed in batches, then it will be much easier through a pricing routine.

Dear all The business requirement is- Stocks at the depots(plants)as on 31/3/10 of a material are to be sold at prerevised rates. All incoming stocks are to be sold at new rates. The validity rates of condition records are set as per these dates. However, management does not want the depot personnel to change the date of pricing in sale orders, and wants the sales at old price to be restricted as per the declared stocks of 31/3/10 in SAP. Is there means of putting in a plant-wise quantity limitation to generation of sale orders-say,only 100 mts can be sold at price A? Thanks, rejeni mohan
