Hi
You can display all infotypes. But present ESS business package procides all facilities required , and u may not require much customization. if you still require further info then u can create transaction iviews . IF there is no specific tcode to pull that info from R/3 then with the help of Abaper, you should write a program and will assign a tcode for this program.

From my understanding, ESS helps employee to maintain their own data. Now my question is can we give all infotye we want in ESS? Or SAP has already standard infotype (non modifiable) set?
