What is your end goal in trying to determine which AMEX cards are Corporate Cards?

How do you configure card categories determination for AMEX Corporate cards?

These cards use digits 13 & 14 = 99 to determine that they are corporate cards, I cannot figure out how to put that in to the TVCTD table without there being an unsustainable number of records to enter.
