[sap-log-pp] Deletion flag

Dear all,
I have a problem regarding the deletion flag setting for the orders which has the status CLSD when i do this i the transaction CO78 the error comes as cancelled in the SM37 and the reason is BOM not available,Alternate group (A1) (A2) (A3),and BOM not available these are all the errors that i am getting this case the first case how to over come this.
The second case is tell me the detailed procedure to set the Deletion flag for the orders in the mass without getting the above stated errors and if any other control is to be relaxed for doing this kindly help me in resolving this issue.
