Hello experts,
We are a distribution company deals with fast moving consumer goods, lately there is an issue with the food products.
1. During the receiving process we need to check whether the material's production date is more then two weeks, if yes, do nothing if no, restrict the batch (today we don't maintain the production date in the system)
2. The second thing we need to do is to check the existing stock in the warehouse and release the relevant batches (those with production date more than two weeks)
Please advice in your opinion what is the best way the handle this challenge. i want to add that we still not using QM module.
thank you very much.
Guy.
