[sap-dev] Header condition in PO copy to a new PO as item condition

Hello,
I am in a migration project. I am trying to transfer all the open PO to the destination system.
all the PO here is maintianed by condition on header level. No plant info record here, so a new PO will copy the condition of the last PO.
I've found a problem that the header condtion which should only can maintianed on header level exist on the item level in the new PO after the system copy the condtion of last PO automatically, but I can't maintain it manually.
I've check conditon resouce of the 'item condition' is 'C', manually. It make me confused it is correct? and how I should calculate the price to transfer...
