[sap-acct] Field in a Line Layout is NOT visible in F-03

Dear All ,
I have an issue with F-03 tcode.For this tcode I have some line layouts and based on the fields I wish to see I select the corresponding line layout. There is a custom field (ZFIELD) in one of the line layout say A2.Now this field is visible in DEV client , but it is NOT visible in Test & PRD Client. Will there be any settings to do,to make this ZFIELD visible in layout A2 in the Test & PRD client ? and, Are these settings user specific ? Or if this ZFIELD is NOT assigned to the particular layout A2 in Test & PRD clients , then how can I assign it and where can I do this ?
if anyone knows this , then plz reply ASAP (this is a high priority issue)
