Hello,
Once in SPRO (see V J answer),
1/ define a new output type linked to print
In Maintain MSG types for PO, you could copy NEU to a ZNEx for instance
For general data, select the access sequence (if you have different outputs per purchasing org or group, etc)
For Default values, select Transmission Medium = 1 (Print)
In Fine-Tunes MSG CTRL, PUR, associate your new ZNEx to OPeration 2 Change
2/ Associate this new output type to a message schema
Select the message determination schema of the PO
For each existing procedure, check if the new output type needs to be added
If yes, check also the control data.
For your case, I could suggest to re-use the default value of NEU output type
If you have several procedures and if you don't know which one is used, check the following step "Assign schema to PO": it will list teh used procedures for POs.
4/ Leave SPRO and create the output conditions in R/3 (Logistics/MM/Purchasing/Master data/Messages/PO/Create or MN04)
Select the key combination (linked to the access sequence chosen when output type was created) and enter the values

In addition, you could also link a default printer to the purchasing group.
