Hi Jagan,
We are maintaining employees records from different countries. The Action Types (e.g. Hiring) can be used for employees from different countries. However, there are specific Action Reason that are only applicable to certain country. We do not want other UGR to have access to Action Reason that are not applicable to them. This is the reason why I'm looking for a solution to control the Action Reason based on UGR.
Would appreciate if you have any suggestion to this. Thanks.
