RE:[sap-hr] Posting to Accounting PC00_M99_CIPE

I have all the above mentioned details in place but once i execute in simulation mode i get
Posting Run
Posting Run Type PP
Posting Run Number 2461
Doc. Creation No Documents Created
Statistic
Messages Personnel Numbers
Selected 0
Evaluated 0
Rejected 0
Skipped 0
But when i go to posting run Overview i can see the text that i have put on
"Text on posting run" field
0000002462 Roger PArea US/09/2009 No documents created
Any clue where i am going wrong
