Dear Tan ,
I have to configure the Bonous According to the bonous act 1965.
1-According to that act we have to give the bonous only those employee which basic salary is in between the 3500 to 10,000 rs.
2-According to the act percentage of the bonous 8.33 to 20%.But according to my client scnario i have to pay only 8.33%.
3-If any employee basic salary is greate then 3500 or less than or equal to 10,000 in that case remaning amount comes in the Exgratia.Only bonous is calculated on 3500 rs .
Now this is my client requirment ....Kindly help me to configure this scenario.......
