Hey Horacio,
If you haven't used CREATE_DATA can I suggest you look at the ABAP Classes as well - CL_ALV_TABLE* for Creating Dynamic Internal Tables and CL_ABAP_STRUCTDESCR and CL_ABAP_TABLEDESCR for creating dynamic structures and tables.
I think you can only use CREATE_DATA if you have already defined the srtructure in the DDIC.
