Hi,
Some other considerations:
Check chart of accounts (mapping SAP company codes - non SAP CC's)
Customer and Vendor Master Data
Trading Partner definitions included in Customer and Vendor Master data, in case eliminations needs to be done between SAP and non SAP entities.
