It also goes without saying that you'll need to set up an overnight job for this.

I believe the table you want to re-index is T77UA.
Execute RHBAUS00 in SA38 and that should do the trick.

Is there a way to update the Structural Auth Index table (T77UU) in PRD - without having to make the change in DEV and transport through to PRD?
