Yes, ESS functionality is built from HRBEN0001. Therefore, the eligible plans being passed based on the type of enrollment performed will be exactly the same.

We are working on implementing SAP ESS for benefits. Can someone confirm for me that when an employee logs into ESS the employee sees what the benefit admins see when they run transaction HRBEN0001? I need to explain that once we have HRBEN0001 setup correctly then the employee will see nothing more or less than what shows up there.
