Hi,
I guess you added the parameter "zcsa/installed_language" in the profile
using a text editor on OS level?
If you had added it via tcode RZ10o, you would have received an error
message saying that the parameter doesn't exist.

I am sorry for the late response.
The in instance profile the value which I added was zcsa/installed_language
but it should have been zcsa/installed_languages as you mentioned. Thanks a
lot.
