We would want to print it if we were asked for it from a legal perspective or a tax audit.

Why ever would you want to reprint an archived PO? To be archived it must have been fully complete in terms of the required goods receipt and invoice matching - depending on the settings in the PO, and have exceeded the residence time set in your system. You can go into the archive and see the overall view of the PO - transaction ME82 - and see the vendor no, material no, quantity, price, etc, but you cannot reprint it in the same format as you would from the live system.

> In our system, we also have archiving enabled. If we attempt to re-print a PO which was archived, we cannot, because doing so requires editing the purchase order in change mode. Since archived PO's cannot be changed, it is not possible to reprint an archived PO.
