[sap-basis] Back up of BI

Dear All,
We are having BI which is running on Windows 2003 server sp2 and sql 2005. We are taking the backups of the database everyday. I want to take all the backup which we did in application level (mean Parameters) given for the that system. Is there anyway i can do take the whole backup including paramters in application level in case of the system crash i can restore it again rather doing the manually all the parameters.
Please let me know you the way to do it.
