Activity give the authorization to create/release transports while the TType are the types of transports the user will have access to.
01 will allow Creation for the listed TTypes.
43 will allow Releasing the listed the listed TTypes.
For normal endusers (not technical/basis), I usually assign:
01,02,03,23,65,78,90 and TTypes CUST,DTRA,PATC,TASK,TRAN. I usually do not assign 43 for Release to endusers since Ialot of companys want Basis to control releasing transports into the landscape and definately Importing transports into QAS and PRD systems, along with Transport Management.
