Hi,
There are three alternative solutions you can think of -
1) Define the releated message number 06 078 as warning message so that end users are still able to maintain PO with reference to contract; or
2) Manually remove the target quantity during creation of value contract with reference to RFQ; or
3) Activate the BAdI to automatically blank out the ''target quantity'' field during value contract creation with reference to RFQ.
Cheers,
HT

> Hi all,
When creating a value contract with reference to an RFQ, the system also copies the target quantity from the RFQ. This leads to problems when creating a PO with reference to the contract (it is a value contract so no limit on quantity should be there).
Creating RFQ without quantity doesn't seem to be possible.
In value contracts the target quantity is not mandatory so we can remove all quantities but in contracts with many items this gives lots of frustration with the users.
What can we do to resolve this problem?
Kind regards,
Loek
