Hi Marie,
Such plans are termed as Automatic plans or Default plans, where the employee is not given a choice to opt out of plan participation and they are generally group insurance plans, and employer contributed plans.
Please make the configuration set up in IMG>Benefits>Flexible Administration>Standard selections>Define Standard Insurance selections.
Here for each combination of 1st and 2nd PG groupings, Plan type, you select the plan and plan options and choose the processing type as Default plan/Automatic plan.
