Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
I will give you an example:
I created one position as "Manager" and assigned the validity as 01.01.2004 - 31.12.9999
Then I created the second position "Secretary" and the system automatically changes the position validity as
01.01.1985-31.12.9999
Can you please advise?
