You would get an error because you are
Missing the Validity characteristic.

I am looking for documentation that explains what happens when you have one AA with just info providers 0TCAIPROV, and another AA with just the org level characteristics such as 0SALES_OFF plus the built in activity characteristics 0TCAACTVT and assign them to the same person.
