Hi,

You must run the script saproot.sh after every kernel update. It sets the
correct permissions on all the required kernel files.
Command is: ./saproot.sh <SID>

LEH

Hello,
My saposcollector is not starting when I tried to run from ST06 and
operating system.
I have noticed at operating system in UNIX the SAPOSCOLLECTOR file
permission and ownership is below
-rwsr-x--- 1 bt1adm sapsys 1650280 Mar 30 2009
/sapmnt/BT1/exe/saposcol
Is this the right permission and ownership for file or do I have to ask my
UNIX SA to change or Is there any other issue SAPOSCOL is not starting.
I am also getting error shared memory is not available but I think there is
some permission or file issue.
Please let me know.
Raj.
