Create a statistical Internal Order for each employee that you wish to report on
Make sure that all revenue and direct costs are allocated to a SIO

You do settlement to CO-PA in sales order costing, and I think that is by sales order line level. If you use a sales order field like sales district ... wouldn't it be possible to collect & report in the CO-PA..? Sales district is sales order line level.
I am not sure if you should set it as segment-level characteristics. DB becomes huge. And you need to restrict one employee to one sales order line.... so unusual.
