From an process point of view the budget allocated to the initative can be a part of a global business development budget. In this case the best way to build and allocate the values will be to realise the exercice into SEM BPS and the to bring the values on the scorecard, Know you can also build the layout (including, planning area, packages,..) into SEM and offer the capacity to key the values directly into SEMBSC. It will depend the way to calculate the result.
