[sap-log-sd] Retail Full product with attached Empty in Customer Third Party and Consignment

We are using Retail Full/Empty BOM to manage products with attached empties.
We are trying to build a Customer Third party and Consignment process for the Retail Full/Empty products.
With Third party we have issue to convert a PR into a PO. After a statistical GR we have problem to generate customer billing.
With Customer Consignment we could not complete a GI for consignment Fill-up.
Has anyone done this before, if so please let me know how?
