[sap-log-sd] Duplicated Pricing Condition Records on an order - System Wigginess

Hello all
I?m stumped on this issue, am hoping someone out there has seen something similar, and knows the resolution.
Our system is AFS 4.6c. I have an order which was originally created with about 10 lines. I had two other orders which were also created with several lines each. Originally, the pricing conditions were correct on each line within each order:
Order A
Line 1: Wholesale condition ZZZZ $10.00
Discount condition YYYY %0
Line 2: Wholesale ZZZZ $12.00
Discount YYYY %0
Order B
Line 1: Wholesale ZZZZ $14.00 <<< Remember this number
Discount YYYY %0
Line 2: Wholesale ZZZZ $16.00
Discount YYYY %0
Order C
Line 1: Wholesale ZZZZ $18.00
Discount YYYY %0
Line 2: Wholesale ZZZZ $20.00
Discount YYYY %0
Our customer service folks decided to combine the three separate orders under a single order. They did this by going into the first order and choosing ?Create by reference.? Now the first order has all 6 lines.
However, every pricing condition on ALL of the lines (new and old) of order A have been duplicated. The second wholesale price on each of the lines has been taken from the wholesale price of the first line created by reference:
Order A
Line 1: Wholesale condition ZZZZ $10.00
Wholesale ZZZZ $14.00
Discount condition YYYY %0
Discount YYYY %0
Line 2: Wholesale ZZZZ $12.00
Wholesale ZZZZ $14.00

Wholesale ZZZZ $14.00

Line 4: Wholesale ZZZZ $16.00

As a result, all pricing is based on the $14.00 value. The header, as well, has a Wholesale price of $14.00. I have simplified for this example, but EVERY pricing condition record was duplicated. The table KONV has each setup twice, so it isn?t just a display issue.
Has anyone experienced anything like this???
