[sap-hr] Setting up Jobs in SAP for EEO-1

Hi Gurus -
I technically understand how to set-up/create a job in SAP. However, my company is revisiting existing jobs in SAP because they do not correspond to US EEO-1 reporting requirements. Before we simply create new jobs in SAP needed for EEO and update positions, can someone point me to a good source as to what is the best practivce and how to best set-up jobs in SAP?
