Update: We were directed to OSS Note 1363713 which is a small coding change to program LFCINF46. The root cause appears to be new functionality ("Ledger Selection is Active" checkboxes) in ECC5/ECC6 which was not there in <=4.7. You can see it in transaction OCCI after clicking the "Detail EC-CS" button.
