[sap-hr] No update GARN Hist. from AP Payment

Hi All,
Payments made in AP to Garnishment vendors do not get updated on the Garnishment history tables in HR. I have received instructions from OSS on how to fix this problem going forward. However, there is not a standard fix to update all the garnishment history prior to the implementation of the notes. Does anyone know how to update the garnish history file ?.. after the AP payment run missed the update.
I think it happens in RFFOUS_C. I also think we update table T51R5_HIST with a remit status of 4. There is a program, RPUUMT00, that updates this table, but evidently the table read does not have the appropriate information in it. Tables used here are t51r1,t51r8,t51r5 and t51rh. The acknowledgement run number in table T51R5 is not updated. I think this is what I need to fix?. Can any one help me resolve this issue?
