While doing a practice DR I noticed that a long sequence of MOUNTS/DISMOUNTS were occuring for the Recovery using Image Copies on tapes.
A single RECOVER statement included a long list of tablespaces to be recovered. After recovering each tablespace, there was a DISMOUNT followed by a MOUNT of the same tape.
This was causing havoc on the Tape Operator.
How can this situation be gracefully implemented?
